First celebrated in 2012 and today, 15 June 2019 was marked for Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta as the fourth year to host free wellness activity in promoting a healthier and better life.

Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta has chosen “Reborn Yoga with Reiki” as health activity for a peaceful journey. In the lush Ceria garden atmosphere, guests were relaxed their bodies and soul from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Guests were got many benefits by practiced “Reborn Yoga with Reiki”. Yoga helped stretched and tone the body muscles, as an energy boost and made us fresh for longer. At the same time, our certified therapist was sharing positive energy throughout the guest’s
body to heal or bring about physical improvement in general, cleanse the aura of negative energy, adjusting or balancing chakra functions and reducing stress in our body.

After all the activities, guests were indulged with selections of healthy breakfast served at the garden and can enjoy a complimentary head and shoulder massage by CHI, The Spa. As seen on the picture, more than 50 guests gathered at Ceria Garden in fresh energy
and positivity aura that shone from their smile.
