Opened in April 2019, Piring Nasi is located in the heart of the Kelapa Gading area in North Jakarta. What makes this place so unique is the rice-field terrace inspired seat to unwind your hustle and bustle. It has decent food and most of them are spicy dishes. But if you’re not too eager to anything spicy, their quick sell-out Dendeng Sapi Serundeng and Ayam Kemangi are really worth trying for. The self-service method they implement, make guests can scoop the dishes by themselves and clear up the table after finished.

The high ceiling and tall windows ray over the rustic brick wall, it surely gives a very warm welcome to hungry eaters. If you are lost at what to order, some recommendations include Nasi Daun Jeruk, Daging Cabe Ijo, Ikan Cakalang Mercon, Empal Manise, and Ayam Kuluyuk.

Even SERASA Coffeetaria is surrounded by the residential area of Kebayoran Baru, it’s still attracting a flock of customers even on sleepy weekday afternoons. It’s not hard to see why, though. The floor-to-ceiling unit is casual yet chic. The café is decorated with potted plants dangling from its ceiling and shelves, which double up as good photo spots and if you take a closer look, you’ll be mesmerized with their rustic vibes. Be sure to taste their signature Cumi Hitam, Ayam Garlic Aisyah, Mie Ayam, Pempek Crispy and if you’re keen to take an afternoon break, their assorted cakes and coffee are decent too.
