The General Manager Conference 2023 by Archipelago International, held at ASTON Serang Hotel & Convention some time ago, has been a source of pride for NEO Malioboro. In this event, NEO Malioboro managed to bring home two prestigious awards. The awards given to NEO Malioboro are the 2nd Highest Score of FB Service Arch Audit Category for 2-3 Star Hotels and the 1st Highest GOP Percentage Category for 2-3 Star Hotels. These awards were directly received by Vera Indah Pratiwi, the General Manager of NEO Malioboro, who attended the General Manager Conference 2023.
"It is truly a pride for us because every year NEO Malioboro successfully receives awards from various categories. This year, we received two awards at once, namely the second-highest score for FB Service Audit and the highest Gross Operating Profit (GOP) for 2 and 3-star hotel categories in Archipelago International," expressed Vera Indah Pratiwi, General Manager of NEO Malioboro.
NEO Malioboro had also brought home the Highest Percentage GOP award last year. Consequently, NEO Malioboro has been recognized for having the highest GOP percentage over the past two years. "This award motivates us to continue maintaining this achievement as our greatest accomplishment in terms of operating profit. Therefore, our hope is that in the upcoming year 2024, we can still receive this recognition and even achieve awards in other categories," said Vera Indah Pratiwi, General Manager of NEO Malioboro by ASTON.
