About Chef Wina
Chef Wina is one of the masterchef 10 finalists who has an educational background at Le Cordon Bleu, William Anglis and Latrobe University and is a well-known chef in Surabaya today. Previously she was a housewife who had a hobby of cooking and traveling. Every year Chef Wina always cooks a special menu for her family. Now she wants to share this double happiness with Shu Guo Yin Xiang customers, by preparing this Royal Treasure package.
Our Collaborations
Chef Wina created the Special Abalone Soup. Abalone in Chinese is called 鲍鱼 Bàoyú which means abundance and guarantees abundance or plentifulness, which is why abalone is so special and usually served on special occasions. Abalone soup served together with Shu Guo Yin Xiang specialties makes a very special dish. So we give the name Royal Treasure.
