In honor of Surabaya’s anniversary, Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers proudly presented Harmony of Flavor Volume 2, a special one night only culinary celebration. Held at Kafe Bromo on Saturday, May 31, 2025, the exclusive dinner featured a collaboration between two renowned chefs: Chef Degan Septoadji and Sheraton’s very own Chef Lukman.

With a concept focused on exploring the richness of Indonesian and Southeast Asian flavors, Harmony of Flavor Vol. 2 invited food lovers to experience a unique journey through taste, all wrapped in the refined atmosphere Sheraton is known for. Chef Degan, acclaimed for his skill in elevating authentic Indonesian flavors to the fine dining level, showcased a selection of signature dishes including Ikan Acar Kuning, Cumi Bakar Bumbu Jimbaran with Sambal Dabu Dabu, Bebek Bumbu Bali with Long Bean and Sambel Mbeh, Ayam Goreng Cabe Merah, Thai-Style Grilled Beef Striploin, Scared Prawn & Green Mango Salad, and Kambing Bakar Bumbu Ketumbar.

Complementing these dishes, Chef Lukman delighted guests with a full buffet experience featuring a wide variety of Indonesian, Asian, and international delicacies. His buffet station added depth and comfort to the event, creating the perfect balance between authenticity and indulgence.

Sheraton Surabaya officially announced that Harmony of Flavor Volume 3 will return in August 2025 at Kafe Bromo, bringing another celebrated chef and a fresh culinary theme that promises to deliver even more unforgettable moments.
