The event will take place from 6 to 15 February 2026 at The Koffee, located in the lobby area of DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya.

Embassy Chocolate is an Indonesian artisan chocolate brand committed to producing high-quality chocolate products. Inspired by the concept of New World Wines, Embassy Chocolate introduces the idea of New World Chocolate by curating selected cocoa beans from Asia and Africa. These beans are then processed with precision in Indonesia, resulting in unique blended couverture chocolate with rich character and premium quality that can compete on an international level.
Throughout the event, the culinary team of DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya presents a wide range of special chocolate creations. Guests can enjoy premium desserts, handmade pralines, signature chocolate beverages, and themed chocolate-based dishes, all available exclusively at The Koffee. Each creation highlights the depth of flavor and versatility of Embassy Chocolate. “Through this collaboration, we aim to continuously offer unique and refined culinary experiences for our guests,” said Fanidia Larasati, Marketing Communication Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. “With Chocolate Week 2026 together with Embassy Chocolate, we want to introduce the richness of chocolate flavors through innovative dishes and interactive activities. Chocolate Week 2026 is also enlivened with a variety of interactive workshops suitable for all audiences, making it a perfect occasion to enjoy with family, friends, or loved ones. The workshop series includes Chocolate Bar and Chocolate Truffle Decoration Workshop with Chef Hayu and Chef Doni from Embassy Chocolate, Chocolate Love Potion Workshop with Captain Farrel from DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya, and Chocolate Bar Grissini Workshop as well as Chocolate Granola Workshop with Chef Husunul from DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Each workshop is available at IDR 150,000 net per person.
For mothers and children, a special Mom and Kids Workshop: Love Lollipop Truffle is offered at IDR 250,000 net, including swimming pool access. Couples who wish to celebrate Valentine’s Day together can join the Chocolate Mochi Brownies and Chocolate Martinis Workshop, priced at IDR 250,000 net per couple. In addition to Chocolate Week, DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya also presents a special Valentine’s Dinner with a fresh and different concept compared to previous years. Held at the outdoor area on the 5th floor, couples can enjoy a romantic gastronomic menu accompanied by live violin music, one bottle of sparkling wine, and a flower arrangement. This exclusive dining experience is priced at IDR 2,800,000++ per couple.
