Presenting a thoughtfully curated menu, "Tropical Gastronomy Fiesta: COMO Beach Club Meets Carbon Jakarta" is set to offer a delightful selection meticulously crafted to captivate the guests. Carbon invites guests on a culinary journey through the vibrant flavours of Mexican cuisine. The voyage commences with an enticing trio of Antojitos; infladitas, "quesabirria," and pota-quito. Transitioning to the cold dish, indulge in the delicate Hokkaido scallop ceviche, followed by aji charapita (notably, the world's most expensive chili), and a red mullet quinoa salad.
Prepare for heightened culinary excitement as we move to the main courses. Carbon presents a contemporary interpretation of Tamale featuring dry-aged duck breast and foie gras, followed by a Wagyu Zabuton marbling 9+, served with traditional blue-corn tortillas flown from Mexico. Culminating this epicurean expedition is Sieta Leches, a masterful creation comprising seven variations of milk, providing a beautifully layered sweet-tooth.
