Sunday Brunch
The St. Regis Jakarta introduces the weekly Sunday Brunch at Bel Étage. From 26th February 2023, guests are invited to indulge in a lavish spread with an endless flow of a-la-minute signature mains and luscious desserts. The curated brunch selection includes a Crab Royal served with Crushed Avocado, Poach Egg, Crab Meat and Kaffir Lime Hollandaise, Scallops À La Meunière served with tantalizing Green Peas Fregola and Fresh Herbs, and Red Wine Risotto.
Elevate the experience with an unlimited selection of cocktails, wines, brews and champagne as well as mouth-watering sweets such as Warm Apple Tart, Strawberry Vacherin and Chocolate Profiteroles for a tasteful brunch affair.
Bar Takeover
Taking the bar experience to another level, Naz Habib of 28 HongKong Street will take over The St. Regis Bar on 10th March 2023. One of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022 and listed on World 100 Best Bars, 28 HongKong Street is a landmark destination in Singapore, building its reputation through its commitment to elevating drinking experiences, quality ingredients, creativity, craft, music, food and hospitality.
This special collaboration marks the first bar takeover in Jakarta, and Naz will create an unforgettable evening with his curation for The St. Regis Jakarta with artisanal spirits and American-style craft cocktails and local ingredients from the London Essence and Campari, Black Forrest Negroni, Lap Dance, Pickleback Sour, Spicy Guava Margarita and Pandan Tonic.
Wine Dinner
Completing the series of distinctive gastronomy journeys at The St. Regis Jakarta, guests are welcomed to an evening with the winemaker and Grand Master, Monsieur Emmanuel Cruse, and to savour in a Wine Dinner showcasing exquisite wine selections from Château Lafon-Rochet & Château d'Issan.
Held on 14th March 2023 at Maisonette, the wine dinner experience will be enhanced with a carefully curated menu by The St. Regis Jakarta from Amuse Bouche, cheeses and desserts to Petit Fours. Each of the cuisines is prepared to complement the different characteristics of each wine from the Château highlighting two different appellations in Bordeaux.
