COMO Shambhala Estate is excited to announce its upcoming Valentine's Week, taking place from February 13th to 18th, 2023. This special event offers guests the opportunity to celebrate love and create lasting memories with their loved ones.
The Valentine's Week programme includes a couples cooking class at glow or Kudus House, where couples will learn to prepare delicious and healthy COMO Shambhala Cuisine dishes such as grilled spiced prawns, tuna sambal matah, raw garden greens leaves, seeds and avocado with ginger miso dressings and more.
On the evening, guests are invited to a romantic dinner at the Tea House, featuring a selection of mouth-watering healthy and tantalising COMO Shambhala Cuisine such as salmon tartare with pomegranate, flaked salmon with cauliflower, seared beef fillet and more. If guests would like to have an authentic Balinese flairs, they can also enjoy kuah be siap base rajang, sate lilit ikan, lawar klungah and more.
