The most anticipated festivity in Indonesia, the Chinese New Year and this year will be the Year of The Metal Ox which will fall on 12 February 2021. In conjunction to this festivity, The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung presents “The Journey of Flavours” which is featuring selections of Chinese cuisines presented by the hotel’s Executive Chinese Chef “Shifu Chan Wah”. The feast will also include Yee Shang – for the prosperity ritual toast and food attraction; “Kung Fu Tea Master”.

Roasted Australian Striploin

The “Kung Fu Tea Master” performance will be the highlight of the celebration. This attraction will use a long tea pot made from copper metal which is good to keep the tea hot and performed by a Kung Fu Tea master. Back in the original country and centuries ago, this attraction was being performed specially and only to the royal family.

Braised Hoisom in Dynasty Style

“The Journey of Flavours” at The Restaurant on the 3rd floor of The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung will be available on 11 February from 5.00 PM at IDR  408.000++ per person (adult) and IDR 258.000++ for kid below 12 years old. This all-you-can-eat menu will include some of the best cuisines by Executive Chinese Chef “Shifu Chan Wah” such as Hongkong Style Roasted Duck, Braised Hoisom in Dynasty Style, Seafood Fish Maw Soup, Wok Fried Beef Tenderloin, Mango Sagoo Pudding, and many more. Other food stations such as Roasted Australian Striploin, Japanese Favourite, Dessert Station will also be available.
