Ahead of National Customer Day that will fall on September 4, 2021, Cordela Hotels managed by Omega Hotel Management (OHM) once again promotes its service theme titled “Serve with Care, Care with Love”. In accordance with the theme, Cordela Hotels offers a special package of 2 days 1-night stay, as well as a special bonus in the form of free surprise souvenirs for lucky guests who check-in on National Customer Day.
Jeany Febriani, Corporate PR & Marcomm Manager of OHM explained, “Every National Customer Day, Cordela Hotels always presents special promos and surprises for customers. Especially this year, we provide a special stay package, which is IDR 409.000 net for 3 days 2 nights with a stay period of from 4 to 6 September 2021. The price number was derived from the 4th of September of the 9th month of the year. This promo is limited according to room availability, so guests must immediately book directly to the hotel or by telephone during the period 1 to 4 September 2021”.
The special price stay promo applies to all Cordela Hotels, except Alam Hotel Medan by Cordela, Cordela Inn Bengkulu, Cordex Ancol Jakarta, Cordex Oase Pekanbaru, and Alfa Resort by Cordela. In addition to staying promos with special prices, Jeany also added that one guest who checks in for the first time on National Customer Day this year at each hotel from a total of 15 hotels managed by OHM, starting from the Grand Cordela Hotel, Cordela Hotel, Cordela Inn, Cordex Hotels and Alfa Resort by Cordela, will get a souvenir in the form of an OHM special edition e-toll card with a balance of IDR 200,000. In addition to the Grand Cordela Hotel brand, all hotels managed by OHM with various brands including Cordela, Cordela Inn, Cordex, and Alfa Resort have also been certified CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety, Environment) from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia, as an official guarantee to tourists and the public that the products and services provided by the hotel have fulfilled the hygiene, health, safety, and environmental sustainability protocols. Currently, almost all of the hotel employees managed by OHM have been vaccinated.
The Covid-19 prevention protocol in all Cordela Hotels starts with the availability of hand sanitizers in various hotel areas, as well as procedures for checking body temperatures for employees and guests who enter the hotel area with infra-red thermos guns. All hotel employees and guests are required to follow health protocols. Hotel employees and hotel guests are required to wear masks, and the hotel also always regularly cleans all rooms and facilities available with disinfectants that are safe for health. Omega Hotel Management hotels also provide touch-less facilities, with a QR code menu that can be scanned via a smartphone to access the restaurant menu to the Directory of Service menu in each room.
