The Trans Luxury Hotel always updating various international hygiene procedures that are aligned with official protocols from the government. In terms of food and beverages, hotels with various F&B outlets, such as The 18th Restaurant and Lounge, The Restaurant, and The Lounge has received HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certification from an international food and beverage audit agency, which means that all food and beverages served are safe for consumption. In addition, all utensils are cleaned using a certified chemical that is safe and able to kill various viruses and bacteria including the Covid-19. Several other health protocols are also implemented, including:

  • Check the temperature and mask before entering the hotel area with an infra-red thermal and mask detector,
  • The F&B team are using masks, face shields, and gloves
  • Cleaning various areas in hotels and restaurants using certified chemicals
  • Providing hand sanitizers in various areas of the hotel

The Restaurant, located on the 3rd floor of The Trans Luxury Hotel, serves a #newnormal breakfast buffet from 08.00 – 10.30 WIB. The all-you-can-eat food menus are served by the culinary team and guests are not allowed to take the food or drink by themselves to maintain its hygiene. In addition, during breakfast, the distance between tables and the time is also being adjusted to meet the right capacity regulation. Various menus from Salad Corner, Bread & Pastry Station, Indonesian Favorites, Japanese Corner, Hong Kong Favorites, and many more are available. The Restaurant also provides a variety of tantalizing ala carte menus, for lunch and dinner. Mainstay menus from Indonesia, Asia as well as steak and grill can be enjoyed by implementing various health protocols to provide a safe and comfortable dining experience.
