Tagliatelle al Porcini

Conceptualized by Chef Mahesa Nugraha, this menu includes a new and innovative selection of appetizers, soups, and main dishes to accompany the already existing traditional favorites.

Crafted with finesse, these innovative new signature dishes are underpinned by traditional culinary techniques with presentations nothing short of extraordinary; ensuring that diners will savour a sumptuous meal whilst having a visual feast. 

“These new creations focus on bringing a sense of internationalism and multi-diversity to our already diverse menu. We also focused on innovating and reinventing all time classics whilst maintaining the core meaning and taste of the dish”, said Chef Mahesa Nugraha.“Elements of these signature dishes allow guests to experience their food with multisensory delight. Chicken Wing Geprek

Highlights include Chicken Wing Geprek – a traditional appetizer modernized with coatings of flavorful spices and chilies guaranteed to excite your palette. For guests who would want a lighter appetizer, the Wild Rocket Salad is a must-have. Arugula salad topped with cherry tomatoes, fried Emmental cheese coated in almond bread crumbs and truffle balsamic dressing that will stimulate your appetite.

Spaghetti al Ragu

Highlights from pasta menu include Spaghetti al Ragu – Spaghetti in beef ragu topped with sliced angus beef and parmigiano cheese. Not only that, but you also can try Tagliatelle al Porcini – tagliatelle with dried porcini mushroom, truffle oil, parmesan, and cream.

the Deli Burger

Last but not least, their chefs also introduced an American classic, the Deli Burger, to our wide-selection of burgers and sandwiches. 150 grams of beef patty topped with pastrami, beef bacon, cheese, tomatoes served with fries will certainly evoke the feeling of classic delicatessens.
