Loades Nachos

The ‘To Share’ sharing menus include Spicy Korean BBQ Chicken Wings, Mixed Satay, Loaded Nachos, Bitterballen; as well as Indonesian specialties on ‘Jalan-Jalan Nusantara’ such as Rujak Buah, Nasi Rames, Nasi Goreng Buntut Cabe Hijau; Besides that, Sundanese specialties can now be enjoyed at the hotel, such as Prawn Bala-Bala, Batagor, Iga Bakar with Coriander Seasoning, and Lotek Bandung can also relish at the hotel restaurant. Don’t miss the choice of Asian specialties, such as Szechuan Chicken, Tom Kha Gai, Indian Butter Chicken, to Prawn Laksa.

Slow Roasted US Beef Rib with Soft Requefort Polenta

This innovative dish is complemented by a selection of new plates that are locally handmade from Bali where new colors and textures are adapted to the natural conditions surrounding InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar.

Chocolate Chili Cake

“For this new creation, our focus is on bringing traditional and international “feel” to our menu and providing a wide variety of options. We also serve the best Sundanese food for guests from out of town who wish to have a culinary experience in Bandung, no need to bother looking for it because guests can find it at the hotel,” said Chef Mahesa Nugraha.
