This April, a lot of new cafes have sprung up in Bandung. Some are completely new, some are old cafes refreshed with a new atmosphere. Curious enough to find out what’s new in Bandung this month?
- 1. Kyomi Space
For local people this place is not a strange. It was once quite famous for its easily recognizable Japanese style in its interior designs, Kyomi Space finally moved and opened a new cafe in the Dago area. Here, Kyomi Space occupies a very cozy old house. So for those of you who already miss their signature Summer Ginger, do visit!

2. KIN – Coffee + Kitchen
Again, another old place renewed. The place that used to be Chapter One Coffee has now changed to KIN + Coffee & Kitchen. Even though it still occupies the old place, KIN + carries a completely new concept. The interior has a tropical style design that will make you feel like you are in Bali. As for the menu itself, KIN + offers a wide variety of coffees, mocktails and meals.

3. Sidewalk Resto
The legendary hotel in Bandung, Savoy Homann, has just reopened its iconic dining outlet, Sidewalk Resto. Sidewalk, which is located in the front area of the hotel, gives a new atmosphere that carries a Modern Art Deco concept. Here you can enjoy a variety of a la carte menus and set menus that include some of The Netherland Royal Family’s favourites!

Jalan Braga area now has a new coffee shop, called Umbira. This coffee shop is highlighting an Industrial interior design. Its location in the Braga area makes Umbira have a strategic location. Umbira has two floors, the first floor is semi-open, suitable for hangouts. Meanwhile, the second floor is suitable for work.
