If running is your therapy, your habit, or just your excuse to eat more nasi goreng (YES, please!), these are the places in Bali that make every step…

Bali isn’t all hammocks and hibiscus lattes. For those who like their mornings sweaty and their views worth the effort, this island comes through. One minute you're cruising past temples and rice paddies, the next you're pacing along a beachfront path with salt in the air and sun on your face.

If running is your therapy, your habit, or just your excuse to eat more nasi goreng (YES, please!), these are the places in Bali that make every step feel worth it.

AYANA Resort Jogging Trail

Some resorts offer room service. AYANA hands you ocean views, tropical gardens, and a breeze that actually motivates you to move. The jogging trail here winds through perfectly manicured greenery with just enough shade and scent of frangipani to make you forget you're technically exercising. You don’t even have to be a runner to enjoy it. A leisurely walk counts, especially when it’s wrapped in that signature AYANA calm. Think of it as a wellness stroll that accidentally makes you feel amazing.

Finish off at one of the nearby cafes for a smoothie or an acai bowl as your victory lap.
