Bali, 10 December 2021, Prefinite Communications  has arranged  18 media teams to promote MAMAKA by Ovolo Bali. The purpose of this familiarization trip is to showcase the unique experiences in MAMAKA by Ovolo with a theme “Bringing #GoodVibration Back to Kuta”.

The Media team arrived at MAMAKA by Ovolo Kuta Thursday, 2 December 2021. All participants were provided with pick up transportation with a health protocols implementation. Arriving at MAMAKA by Ovolo, all media persons were welcomed by Mr. Joel as General Manager and Mr. Jonathan Jeremy as Marketing Communications of MAMAKA by Ovolo. While waiting for the room keys distributions, the media were served a refreshing Welcome drink and also delicious options of lunch menu prepared by the F&B team of Street 32 Cocktail Bar & Eatery.

All the media invitees get their own Kokomo Queen room, this room type surely gives an oasis of good vibrations. MAMAKA by Ovolo has also prepared an exciting Social Hour, which is a Welcome Drink Cart with the bartender that will come from room to room with his trolley bar to serve a welcome drink that can be chosen between mocktail or cocktail based on your request.

The media familiarization trip activities were continued with a hotel tour guided by the MAMAKA Sales & Marketing team to see all the room categories and facilities. MAMAKA by Ovolo has 191 playfully and effortlessly designed rooms and suites with interiors subtly reflecting Bali’s cultural heartbeat and relationship with nature. The hotel consists of 74 Bali High rooms, 74 Kokomo rooms, 28 Summer Garden Terrace rooms, and 12 Swagger Suites rooms and 3 Top Gun Suites. Room sizes range from the Bali High and Kokomo at 25 sqm, whilst the Summer Garden Terrace, the same size has the addition of a private terrace overlooking the gardens. The Swagger Suites are a spacious 50 sqm, while our expansive 2-bedroom Top Gun suites are 91 sqm with all suites boasting views of iconic Kuta beach. Just like Bali, MAMAKA offers the unexpected. Get to know the Kuta break with Quicksilver Surf Academy, hit the wellness center to keep fit or strengthen your core on a mechanical surfboard. Top it off any time of the day with all the flavors of Asia at Street 32, Kuta Beach’s modern Pan Asian cocktail bar and eatery serving Asian street food classics.

After the hotel tour, the media team were hosted for an aperitif cocktail session & family style dinner at MASON Bali located in the heat of Canggu.  MASON Bali created The handcrafted aesthetic applies as much to the mood of the 100-seat restaurant as it does to the menu. Designer Kelvin Ho has created a minimal, elegant space using concrete, stone, steel and wood—elements that convey relaxed sophistication and allow the open kitchen to be the centre of attention. A hand-chiseled concrete bar makes a handsome addition, as does the terracotta strip that leads the eye across the dining room floor and into an open-air, string-lit courtyard, the perfect spot for a cold beer, glass of wine or cocktail from the concise list of no-nonsense takes on classics like sours, Martinis and Negronis. Chef Benjamin J Cross has prepared a fantastic feast for the group, finishing the day with happiness in their face, all media return to MAMAKA by Ovolo to get rest.

Day 2 of the Media familiarization trip of MAMAKA by Ovolo activity was the wellness experiences program that can be chosen between Yoga, Beach Bootcamp & Boxing or Surfing class by Quicksilver Surf Academy. After experiencing the wellness program all the media team enjoyed breakfast at Street 32 with a sunny day,  beach view and DJ performance. After breakfast all the media team enjoyed the free time. Continuing the day with a Paint and Sip program, MAMAKA by Ovolo collaborated with Bartega Studio to arrange a Paint and Sip program with a draw theme “Picasso of You” and all the paintings that were created by the participants can be take home as a souvenir. After the Paint and Sip program, the media team was invited to see the sunset while experiencing the cocktail and wine at the Rooftop. Dinner was served at the rooftop by Chef “siapa namanya” for day 2 of the Media FAM trip. The Chef presented 4 Course signature cuisines “menunya apa aja” with a pair of red and white wine.

On Day 3 of the Media Fam trip MAMAKA’s team prepared a wonderful breakfast set up on the rooftop. All the media team enjoyed the breakfast with the beach view, beautiful weather and catchy beat DJ performance at the MAMAKA Rooftop. After breakfast, the group had their free time to enjoy the Kuta area while waiting for the check out time. At the end of the trip, all the media and MAMAKA’s team gathered at the lobby area to have a group photoshoot before departing to the airport.
