Taking its culinary experience to new heights, Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach presents Restaurant Hop, where guests will be taken on a flavourful journey of the five-star beachfront resort’s distinctive Café & Bar outlets. Aimed to please the discerning palates of foodies and travelers from inside and outside of the island, Restaurant Hop offers guests the luxury of sampling a four-course dinner spread across three of the resort’s restaurants and bars.
Kicking off the unique culinary journey, Hotel Indigo Bali’s Restaurant Hop is taking diners on a spectacular sunset session at the beachside bar and restaurant, SugarSand. Here, guests get to enjoy sundowner aperitifs, snacks, and the first course, which features a Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei-inspired dish. Awaiting the curious palates at Tree Bar after the sundown is the second course, where guests can sample the scrumptious small plates menu together with the resort’s signature Balixology cocktails. Following the second course, are the contemporary interpretations of the authentic flavors of Bali and Indonesia at Salon Bali. Serving a choice of main courses like the Market Fish or the Beef Short Rib, the intimate dining venue is also where the journey ends on a sweet note with a locally-inspired dessert menu.
This Restaurant Hop starts from IDR 950K++ per couple which not include alcohol and IDR 1,200K++ per couple including alcohol. The journey begins at 5:30 p.m.
SugarSand, the newest beach destination in Seminyak is defining its reputation as the freshest place on the island to offer unique events, welcoming an exciting stable of local and international artists to entertain guests for regular special events. SugarSand is a beachside bar and restaurant and so much more: poolside daybeds for basking the day away, a beach bar and terrace for those who want their toes in the sand, and an open-air roof lounge to enjoy the sunset while enjoying the innovative Nikkei inspired menu (Japanese-Peruvian fusion) and sipping on visionary cocktails made using only the finest local ingredients.
Speakeasy cocktail bar, the Tree Bar offers both healthy and bespoke refreshments within a gorgeously verdant space bursting with foliage. Created by the resort’s BalixologistTM (hand crafting mixed drinks using locally grown herbs, spices, greens, and tropical fruits and inspired by Balinese heritage) the drinks menu features temptations such as Laklak Swizzle with Bacardi rum-infused pandan, Arak spice liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut nectar, lime juice and soda water; and Kopi Sik Luh – a twist on the famous Espresso Martini – with Absolut vodka, Pottery Cafe cold brew espresso, white chocolate liqueur, turmeric and vanilla syrup, chocolate bitters and milk foam.
Salon Bali, an intimate, signature dining venue is decorated in a contemporary Balinese style with cream-colored walls and natural timbers and features an open kitchen which allows guests to view locally inspired dishes prepared by Executive Chef Nic Philip. Traditional cooking techniques such as the use of iron works and cooking over coffee wood and charcoal in the Josper will be used to create a daily menu.
Extending across 4.7 hectares of lushly landscaped grounds, the stylish and relaxed resort fronts Mesari Beach (also known as Double Six Beach) along the southern stretch of Seminyak. Here, the Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is adding to the fashionable dining and nightlife venues close by, with its own mix of dynamic restaurants, cafes, and bars.
