Serenity and Wellness: Weekend Celebration at The Westin Ubud Bali

To celebrate Wellness Weekend, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud hosted a successful 3-day event titled “Journey to Wellness.” On September 20th, guests participated in a Yoga & Breathwork session at Wirya Terrace, in collaboration with The Yoga Barn. The following day, September 21st, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session was held in the ballroom.
