
New sunshine-packed dishes will celebrate flavours from around the world, taking inspiration from Jamie’s travels across Italy, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia; as well as bringing a little Indonesian flair. Starters include Sticky Ginger Wings, a gorgeously sticky and charred stack of chicken wings rubbed with peanut, lime and chili, and the new Roasted Tomato Soup: a creamy, tangy red pepper blend served with basil pesto and cheesy garlic buns.
The Mains section will feature a new Salmon & Pea Linguine packed with springtime flavours including garden peas, a luxurious dill sauce and asparagus shavings. There’s also a Jamie Oliver Kitchen twist on Crispy Fish Rolls: tempura-battered catch of the day in a toasted hot dog bun with jalapeño yogurt, crunchy fennel, pea and avocado salsa and tangy pickles. The new menu aims to take guests on a true culinary adventure, and the team at Kuta Beach will continue to deliver all-day dining at its very best.
