Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort Presents Chef Invasion: Valentine’s Edition, featuring William Wongso

Celebrating the month of love, Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort presents an exciting culinary program, “Chef Invasion: Valentine’s Edition” on 14 and 16 February 2020. Marking the first in the 2020 Chef Invasion series, this program will feature the world-renowned Indonesian culinary expert, chef and restaurateur, William Wongso.
Kicking off the program, a night affair themed Hearty Indonesian Set Dinner will be held at Bawang Putih Restaurant on Valentine’s Day, 14 February 2020. Starting from 06:00 PM, this set dinner will feature a 4-course Indonesian menu specially created by William Wongso. The 4-set menu includes Nasi Minyak Jambi, Aneka Ratna Mutumanikam and Deep Fried Fish Veloute Moringa, finished with the sweet dessert, Caramel Banana Cake with Dawet Hijau.
This set dinner is priced at IDR 400,000++ per person, including access to another extraordinary event by Sheraton Senggigi, the first, one and only Silent Disco in Lombok.
On 16 February 2020, the Sunday brunch at Sheraton Senggigi will be more special as William Wongso will delight Pasar Senggigi Brunch with a curated array of Indonesian delights. Starting from 12:00 PM, this Sunday brunch will offer savory dishes to be enjoyed, including Rujak Manis Aceh, Laksa Udang, Roti Jala Kari Kambing, Es Timun and many more.
The brunch can be enjoyed at IDR 200,000++ per adult and IDR 100,000++ per child for food only. Guests can also choose from a selection of unlimited beverage packages, priced at IDR 690,000++ which inclusive of a free flow of imported wine, local beer and sangria, and IDR 790,000++ which inclusive of the free flow of beer, imported wine, and bubbles, house pouring spirits and beer. The prices have included complimentary access to the pool.
