Meat-lovers rejoice, Uma Cucina an Italian-inspired restaurant and lounge bar at COMO Uma Ubud is serving a new selection of dry-aged Stockyard beef porterhouse steaks from Queensland, Australia every Friday to Sunday from 12.00 pm to 9.30 pm. Stockyard feeds their Angus cattle a specially formulated high-energy long-grain – a mix of wheat, barley, and sorghum – for a minimum of 200 days. Stockyard uses no growth hormone promotants, antibiotics, or genetically modified (GMO) feed.

Uma Cucina serves two 21-day, dry-aged steaks with a choice of sauces and sides:
Stockyard Porterhouse Steak, 500g at IDR 420,000
Stockyard Porterhouse Steak, 700g (to share) at IDR 680,000

On Saturdays, the food will be accompanied by live performances from Iraga Trio playing top 40 songs in a jazz style. The restaurant also selected two Italian wines that pair beautifully with the steaks: a 2017 Zolla primitivo merlot Puglia IGP and a 2017 Batasiolo Barbera d’Alba Sovrana Piedmonte.
