Citadines Berawa Beach Bali is celebrating its first anniversary following an eventful year filled with tremendous growth, impactful partnerships with local communities, and society. Since its opening in 2021, the property shows a significant growth in demand and strives to achieve the best-in-class services to its guests.

“We are gradually increasing our room inventory since the opening to currently 100 plus rooms to 224 rooms fully open by end of 2022. At this stage, 70% of the total occupied rooms are long staying guests, which is our main market as an aparthotel accommodation. Our market mix of domestic travelers is up to 50% and the rest are international travelers”, commented Francisca Thorogood, General Manager of Citadines Berawa Beach Bali.

Through this unprecedented challenging time, the resilient team members also show a great community engagement with various corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs to support the environment and the locals who especially are affected by the pandemic. The team held a heartwarming event such as Christmas Bazaar that invites local small businesses in Bali to sell their product, donate to Hope for Bali, and distribute Nasi Bungkus around Canggu street. For the environmental aspects, the team are regularly doing a beach cleaning in the nearest spot, supporting Bali’s Biggest Beach Cleaning, and organizing tree-planting activity with guests. The team is also regularly held a blood donation to the Indonesian Red Cross Society.

“This has been an extraordinary year, and we are looking forward to many successful years to come,” said Francisca.
