Led by Chief of Coffee Mikael Jasin, The Suku’s SSG-certified barista team is ready to serve quality brews at an affordable price. They offer specialty coffee beans from plantations around Indonesia and then processed from single-origin Arabica cultivars grown organically and curated in-house. Meanwhile, for the dishes, they span a contemporary international style from local vegetables, grains, and proteins sourced directly from partner farms. Meanwhile, The Suku Bali is proud to present a selection of local liquors alongside a range of international tipples.

Zanzibar Bali is ready to welcome you early this month. Not to be confused with the old restaurant, this soon-to-open Zanzibar Bali boasts vibrant light wood furnishings, exotic turquoise ceramic tiles, rattan hanging lamps, and some lazy daybeds. We particularly recommend heading out onto the pool, where the lights are at their brightest, or those who just want to enjoy the sunshine.
