Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort Appoints Theresia Siregar as Director of Sales and Marketing
Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort has announced the appointment of Theresia Siregar as Director of Sales and Marketing. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Theresia will drive the resort’s sales and marketing efforts including revenue optimisation, brand distribution, generating and implementing innovative business strategies and providing leadership.
Theresia joins Anantara Seminyak Bali from a successful Sales & Marketing consultant for all Wyndham Destinations properties in Bali and Lombok at the corporate level point of view. Prior to that, she was Head of Sales and Banquet Manager with Ismaya Group, the biggest lifestyle company in Asia overseeing the Sales & Banquet for Indonesia area.
Theresia’s career in the field of sales and marketing can be traced back to 2006 when her overseas experience for the Pre Opening team as she joined Banyan Tree Bahrain as Banquet Sales Coordinator before moving up the ranks to become, in 2008, MICE and Events Manager at Banyan Tree Bintan. Two years later Theresia relocated to Bali as Senior Sales Manager with Conrad Bali in charge of all aspects of sales, including group and event sales. Senior leadership role been sharped about in 2013 when she joined Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali as Director of Sales then continue with another luxury independent brand of The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali as Director level role for almost 5 years.

Theresia is a strong working mother of two sons and been in the island of God for 10 years mastering in background of Luxury International brand as well as independent brand which has drilled her carrier up to now. She was born in Medan, North Sumatera, Theresia grew up and studied in her hometown, graduated with a diploma degree in Hotel & Business Management. In the hustle-bustle of work, she is highly passionate about music, sports and anything related to sunset.
