In celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day, Marriott International presents Ayo Makan. It is a four-month initiative that brings together hotels, chefs, and guests on an exceptional culinary experience.

Ayo Makan consist of series of activities, including a cooking competition between Marriott International hotel chefs from 32 properties in 10 cities across Indonesia. Chefs with the winning dish from each property had a face off in a cooking competition called “Adu Rasa” at Bali International Convention Center, The Westin Nusa Dua, Bali last 3rd August 2018. After this, guests will be able to enjoy the winning dishes from 12th August to 9th September.
