From 24 to 30 September, Chef Lucas Curcio from the soon-to-be-opened Park Hyatt Jakarta will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen of Grand Hyatt Bali’s beachfront restaurant, Salsa Verde, and rooftop bar, Salsa Bar.

Chef Lucas, currently the Executive Chef from Park Hyatt Jakarta, have spent time working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK as well as 5-star luxury hotels and dining establishments in Spain, Colombia and Argentina throughout his impressive 15-year culinary career.

This coming week, Chef Lucas invites you to indulge in the gourmet creations of Spanish cuisine featuring Seafood Paella, Grilled Octopus and Tuna with Ajo Blanco Sauce, deliciously matched with freshly made sauces, crisp greens, and flavourful toppings.
