AYANA Hotel Group is delighted to welcome guests back to their hotel, resorts, restaurants and spa facilities with a stamp of approval from Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism and Jakarta, Bali Tourism Board.

Recently awarded with a CHSE (Clean, Health, and Safety & Environment) Certification Program, or Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability, AYANA’s staff is prepared to welcome guests back to a safe, healthy and comfortable environment just in time for the busy holiday travel season.

“As a local five-star hotel brand in Indonesia, we have committed to providing guests with more comfortable, secure, and safe services. I am thrilled to announce that the AYANA Hotel Group is the first business of its kind to receive a CHSE certificate from the Ministry of Tourism. Also, we have successfully passed the “New Normal Standard Protocol” audit by the Bali Tourism Board! The AYANA Hotel family is ready and excited to experience a better leisure and business experience with guests again!” said Christian Rene Höchtl, General Manager of AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA.

In order to receive such a certificate, AYANA has spent the last several months implementing several new protocols to create a welcoming holiday, business and wedding destination. AYANA’s international management team worked together with every department to establish updated rules to ensure the strictest hygiene standards. Guests can expect to find hand washing stations and hand sanitizer in convenient public areas throughout the resort, as well as body temperature checks for every person who arrives at the property.

In addition, AYANA is dedicated to providing guests with the ultimate wellness experience while on property, from offering immune boosting cuisine at their restaurants and making sure that air conditioner filters are cleaned often to ensure fresh and clean air. AYANA’s staff is trained to perform contactless services, social distancing and mask wearing procedures and each member of the team is monitored daily to guarantee 100% health while serving guests.
