CapitaLand Investment’s wholly owned lodging business unit, The Ascott Limited (Ascott), continues its aggressive expansion by forging a strategic alliance with Kimaya Group, part of one of Indonesia’s leading local manufacturers and distributors of household and personal care products for over 70 years.
With this collaboration, Ascott is expanding rapidly in Indonesia by signing a total of five agreements with a total of 1,134 hotel rooms under and affiliated with the HARRIS brand. Two of the properties are located in Bandung and one each in Jakarta, Bali, and Yogyakarta.
