ARTOTEL Group is again making new breakthroughs during this pandemic. Collaborating with Halodoc, ARTOTEL Group is raising awareness in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 to guests and employees in its hotel chains spread across Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Bali, and Medan.
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to hit Indonesia until today, but the wheels of the economy, especially in the hotel industry, must continue to run. It is to avoid the economic crisis due to massive restrictions on activities and social interactions. To maintain harmony between the wheels of the economy and the level of public health, hotel operational activities must be carried out with strict health protocols based on directions from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, ARTOTEL Group took the initiative to collaborate with a digital platform engaged in the health sector, Halodoc. The platform will provide guidance on health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in each property managed by the ARTOTEL Group.
The initiatives for this program consist of:
- ARTOTEL Group hotel employees are provided with counseling regarding the COVID-19 protocol according to the direction of the Ministry of Health. As well as regular health tips by the Halodoc team through webinar sessions and the supply of the latest information on COVID-19.
- Hotel guests who require a doctor’s consultation will be given a consultation voucher on the Halodoc app for IDR 25,000. This voucher can also be used at the Halodoc online consultation booth at each ARTOTEL Group property.
- Education on implementing health protocols for guests in public areas and hotel rooms through several creative design materials such as posters, stickers, and various new mediums.
This collaboration will last for 6 months starting from September 2020.
