This month, we will take you around the world through these newly opened restaurants. From Thailand, France, China, and of course, Indonesia.

1. Noble by Zab Thai

Noble by Zab Thai understands their task to bring out the unique flavor of Thailand cuisine by using an authentic recipe. It comes from the Thailand-born owners and chefs of Zab Thai in Melbourne. With this strong foundation, chefs at Noble add a modern twist and some frill to your plate, creating a brand new elegant experience. Try Noble’s signature dishes, such as the Pad Kana Moo Krob Rad Khao or Fried pork belly with special sauce and Chinese broccoli served with rice and egg. Or, go with the classic Tom Yum Goong, a traditional spicy soup with tiger prawn, mushroom and lemongrass. The two of them are all about true Thailand flavors.
