With an iridescent setting, HARRIS Café offers a collection of diverse and creative dishes to elevate your sense of taste. It is definitely an ideal venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a la carte and buffet style. Helmed by the Executive Chef, Ade Ferdianto, he makes sure every dish on the table comes appealing to your senses.

For their a la carte menu, the signatures dishes mostly inspired by the local taste and some Asian and Western favorites. To start our culinary journey, the HARRIS Signature’s Sop Buntut was served. They really deliver the traditional juicy and thick oxtails completed with steamed rice, lime, chili, and melinjo crackers. The savory and flavorful taste of their rich broth also enlivened the dish.

Every day, the chefs take their creativity on to another level. That’s why there’s Chef Suggestion Menu pops differently each day on the time card menu offering special menu with special price. Luckily, at the time we visited here, Beef Tenderloin Coated with Black Pepper Crust was highlighted. The imported 180 gr tenderloin meat is paired with mashed potato and BBQ sauce. It’s supremely meaty, tender, and juicy. The black pepper coat gave a little spicy kick and it’s well complemented with their sweet yet tangy BBQ sauce.

This August, HARRIS Café also sets up to their monthly menu promotion. For local fair, they have Nasi Campur Batavia catered with traditional fried chicken, chicken satay, fried tofu, fried tempe, empal, fried egg and potato in chili paste, and peanut crackers. As their Western flair, they have HARRIS Cheese Platter promotion to unwind your bustling day. It includes guest favorite’s cheeses like brie, feta, goda, blue cheese, and they are all completed with crackers, peanut, pizza, grapes, and strawberry. Every purchase will include a choice of red or white wine IDR 249.000++ per glass or IDR 999.000 per bottle.

As their culinary sense shows no signs of slowing down, HARRIS Café will soon be launching their new menu in the near future. We were very lucky enough to be the first people peeked and tasted the excitement. Some of our favorites are the Pan-seared Sea Bass with Creamy Lemon Butter Sauce and Prawn Mayonnaise.

Lastly, their new dessert Mango Pannacota with Berry Sauce left us speechless. The mesmerizing pannacotta featured pipe-infused berry sauce made with raspberry and strawberry was sublime. The dessert also accompanied by oreo-based crumbs and chocolate leaf on top of it. The whole presentation was absolute gorgeous with their half-circled diced fruits on the plate.

To cleanse our palate, we relished to their signature healthy drinks consist of pure fruits with no added sugar and ice. ‘Cleansing’ that comes from broccoli, pineapple, orange, plus kiwi and ‘Pinky Berry’ made from strawberry, pineapple, plus guava successfully rejuvenated, refreshed, and recharged our day with their health benefits.
