Easter Brunch with Michelin Star Guest Chef Olivier Oddos at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta
The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is proud to present the most celebrated and lavish Easter Brunch featuring a Michelin Star Guest Chef Olivier Oddos, the chef-owner of Chez Olivier – a wellknown restaurant in the city of Tokyo. Olivier Oddos entered the culinary world at the age of 16 and worked at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants including La Tour d’Argent (a 2-starred Michelin restaurant). After a year working in Japan as a technical director and executive chef at the Kobe and Tokyo branches of Le Cordon Bleu, he opened Chez Olivier in in 2009. To provide the best possible dining experience for everyone, everyday at his restaurant, Olivier is involved not only in the kitchen, but also in the selection of wines and in the service.
Working closely with Executive Chef Felix Budisetiawan and his award-winning culinary team, Chef Olivier has prepared his creations exclusively crafted for this upcoming Easter brunch:
Scallop pricked with black truffle, spelt risotto, purée of trumpets mushrooms and black garlic, Champagne sauce
Blue lobster from Bretagne, abalone cooked with seaweeds butter, carrot and ginger, homardine sauce
Slowly cooked chicken breast, Swiss chard, shrimps and roasted hazelnuts, mussel sauce
Coconuts panna cotta, pineapple jelly, passion fruit sauce, mango sorbet

Smoked Salmon & Gravlax Station – Gravlax, smoked salmon, orange beetroot cured salmon lemon and herbs salmon
Seafood on Ice – Selection of fresh oysters (fine de claire, tsarkaya, rock oyster), NZ mussels, scallops in shell, Alaskan king crab claw, lobster, Spanish baby lobster, crayfish, Canadian sea scallops, little neck clam and razor clam
Carving Station – Wild fuinea hen, roasted spring bultarra organic lamb shoulder, galatian Spanish beef rib eye and giant lobster thermidor

Foie Gras Station – Pan fried foie gras served with onion jam, cranberry compote and brioche toast
Dessert Gallery – Chocolate egg mousse, bunny chocolate, mini eggs pralines, chocolate souffle, chocolate molten, banana & berries flambe, artisan ice cream and sorbet
To set the atmosphere for the Easter brunch, live strolling musician will entertain the whole family throughout the afternoon while the kids will be occupied by fun activities, such as egg hunting, rabbit racing, rabbit feeding and body tattooing.
The brunch prices per adult are Rp 1,888,000++ (inclusive of unlimited flow of Moet Chandon champagne, house pouring wines, beer, juices and iced tea), Rp 1,288,000++ (inclusive of unlimited flow of house pouring wine or sparkling wine, beer, juices and iced tea) and Rp 888,000++ (inclusive of a glass of Easter Bunny cocktail or Easter punch mocktail, juices and iced tea). Meanwhile the price per child under 11 years old is Rp 688,000++ (inclusive of a glass of Easter punch mocktail, juices and iced tea).
To support Yayasan Wisma Cheshire (a non-government organization offering residential care for paraplegics), guests may shop some beautiful handicrafts made by the residents of the Wisma Cheshire at one dedicated booth during these brunch programs. The handicraft items are wellknown and include tablemats, napkins and coasters, embroidered towels, casserole carriers, baby items, oven gloves and potholders, embroidered towels, bottle bags, padded hangers, gift bags and many more.
