As the world’s largest standalone mobile apps with over 1 billion active users in China, WeChat enables joining Meliá Bali to engage with their valued Chinese guests as it is now fully activated for settling payments.
It is applicable in most of Melia’s outlets–right from the Front Office, Yhi Spa, restaurants and throughout our facilities. Moreover, with the largest transaction until IDR 20 million, it also allows WeChat users to access any banquet inquiries.
Talking about all efficiency required in every single payment settlement, we also complete ourselves with five different WeChat payment access devices including through AltoPay, table card, SVS, scanner box, and printed scanner. Not to mention all payments can be made through any bank account.
