July is considered as the best time to be in Bali. Blue skies, cool weather, and of course captivating sunsets that are looking even more breathtaking.
With that, comes another list of places to dine for!
Last month, we talked about Pontiac Stardust here . Now, standing next to it and managed by the same troop, Flat Stanley, taking you to vintage California and the Pacific West Coast with its signature flatbread pizzas. The restaurant specializes in hand-pulled sourdough pizza’s topped with local Balinese produce for the freshest flavours.
We went gaga for the truffle pizza, kale and pumpkin pizza, pork meatball, and their bottled cokctail, Bloody Stanley.

A witty wordplay of ‘opium’, diners are in for a deliciously addictive menu inspired by fresh local ingredients and the tropics of Bali. Located at Lloyd’s Inn Bali, the bistro presents itself sitting amongst the pastoral sanctuary of the central courtyard amid a backdrop of minimalist textures, where guests can enjoy their braised pork belly, beef rendang, or their Thai-spiced grilled chicken bowl under the luscious canopy of trees.

Jungle Bali Pool Club
Yes, you are right, it may not be the newest kid, but surely still is the only place you can swim in the pool, surrounded by rice fields. The outdoor jungle atmosphere, abundance of cooling fans and the rice field view is what makes this place tick. Not to mention their generous portions of pizzas, burgers, and tropical cocktails. It is a lovely little place with great atmosphere and outstanding service making it great for medium scale parties. And we need to tell you that Matt Caseli is spinning this week!
